Refund & Return Policy for Pre-Order Shirts
1. Pre-Order Overview
Pre-order items are products ordered in advance of their official release date. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock.
2. Refund Eligibility
Cancellations Before Shipping: You may cancel your pre-order up to 48 hours after you place the order. After that, we do not allow cancellations.
Cancellations After Shipping: We are not able to accept cancellations after shipping.
3. Return Policy
Return Window: Once your pre-ordered shirt has been delivered, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Exchanges
We do allow exchanges if the needed size is in stock and the returned item has been unworn and unwashed.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your shirt arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact customer support within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund once the item has been returned.
