Thank you for supporting Amplify. Each purchase helps fuel our mission and we want you to love what you get. Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. This includes all clothing, accessories, and other merchandise items.

Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Go@amplifypeople.app

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue store credit — at our discretion.

Order Issues

Amplify is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages once shipped

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color or print due to screen display differences or print process

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from our store, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first. We’re committed to resolving any genuine issues fairly and promptly. Legal action may be taken on our end in certain instances.
