4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Amplify is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions may apply in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at go@amplifypeople.app with your order number and photos of the item. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
